The eWorld Forum ’22 and unveiling of the book, Nigeria Drivers of Digital Prosperity will hold on 7th July with the Chairman of MTN Nigeria, Engr. Ernest Ndukwe presiding.

While announcing that Ndukwe has confirmed his attendance, the event organiser, Aaron Ukodie said the Forum’s theme is: “4G, 5G, Broadband Connectivity and the Economy”.

It was also under Ndukwe’s tenure that the foundation for the giant and laudable strides  NCC continues to record and build upon by successive EVCs was laid, and a sterling telecom regulation model was equally established for other African regulators to emulate.

At the event, which will take place at the Oriental Hotels, Lekki, Lagos will also be the Secretary to the Akwa Ibom State Government, Dr Emmanuel E. Ekuwem. He is a leading light of the ICT industry, an advocate for ubiquitous broadband connectivity, and former President of the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria.

Several other ICT industry leaders and company CEOs are scheduled to be in attendance, to give support to the launch of the book which also highlights their contributions to the prospering ICT industry.

The 472-page is another of Ukodie’s works. Co-author of The Making of the Nigerian Flagship: A Story of The Guardian, Ukodie is Nigeria’s pioneer ICT journalist, who began his journalism career in 1985 at The Guardian.
