Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited has announced that it will be organizing a provisional allocation exercise for its subscribers where it will present their provisional allocation documents to them.
The exercise is scheduled to hold Thursday, 26 September, 2024 by 11:00am at Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, Post Service Estate, Lasu-Ojo, Lagos.
The company in a statement signed by its Head of Marketing, Funmi Odetola said “Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited is delighted to announce its upcoming Provisional Allocation Exercise and extend an invitation to the general public, particularly to subscribers who have completed at least 70% of payments for their subscribed spaces.”
It added “At the event, qualifying subscribers will be presented with their provisional allocation documents and are encouraged to gradually move into their spaces as construction on the first phase has been successfully completed.
