“From Attalia they sailed back to Antioch, where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work they had now completed. On arriving there, they gathered the church together and reported all that God had done through them and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. And they stayed there a long time with the disciples” – Acts of Apostles 14:26-28
We logged in a total of 50 hours in four days counting the layovers and other unexpected human and vehicular traffic. Beginning from the best city to live in the United States, beautiful Austin, the administrative capital of the Lone Star to London Heathrow, from the UK to Johannesburg which gulped another 13 hours and then Durban City another two hours. The True Lord God Almighty Who put everything together moved mightily and all Glory, Honor and Power belong to Him and Him Only in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. Here are the Pictorial Reports of our 7-Day Breakthrough 2023 in South Africa.
On Day One, upon arriving at the Oliver Reginal Tambo International Airport, renamed October 27, 2006, after the late President of the African National Congress (ANC), we had plenty of time on our hands. During the layover, our chauffeur suggested we paid a visit to ancient Soweto and had a taste of South African cuisine. Then we visited the home of the Father of the Nation, Nelson Mandela and his wife, Winnie.
From Johanessburg, we headed to the ancestral home of King Shaka the legendary Zulu warrior in the heartland of KwaZulu Natal Region. Here everything is named after this icomic character. He is treated more like a living god among the natives. No wonder, ancestral worship is widespread in this part of South Africa.
After logging in 22 hours of flight, we needed wheelchair assistance at the last lap of our Day One in South Africa. South Africans are extremely friendly to visitors, especially Americans and they displayed this hospitality genuinely and unhindered.
With our host, Pastor Samuel Kelechi Uche of Stars Revival Church Ministry International. To the Glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, we acquired a new parish of the ministry in Stanger, the heartland of KwaZulu Natal Province. As Pastor Uche informed us, the strongman here is so embedded that believers here play church while the sangomas or witch doctors hold sway through occultic and witchcraft activities. Ngoma or ancestral worship is widespread here and we saw evidence everywhere we visited. This demon controls virtually every human life among our people. Please join us in praying for the Living Church in this particular part of the South African Natives.
Mama Theresa an-80-year-old fellow born-again Christian and her family welcomed us to their home. South African believers show their Agape Love to missionaries and evangelists through food and cuisine. We were exhausted by their show of love and genuine affection, especially when they have assessed you as a genuine man/woman of God. We pray we will have the opportunity to meet again, but definitely we shall meet at the Great Reunion and Great Supper of the Lamb of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen. “Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: “Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.” (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God’s holy people.) Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.” (Rev. 19:6-9).
