Super Falcons interim head coach, Augustine Eguavoen, has unveiled the squad for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic qualifying fixtures against Comoros.
The official announcement was made on Tuesday via the team’s X account.
The squad features stars including captain Rasheedat Ajibade, prolific forward Asisat Oshoala, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and young forward Janet Akekoromowei, who has drawn attention for her recent performances and move to Benfica.
Versatile defender Ashleigh Plumptre is returning to the team after missing the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations due to injury.

The players have been instructed to report at the AM2PM Hotel, Ijebu-Ode, on Saturday, 3 October.
Both matches will be played at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne-Remo, as Comoros does not have a CAF-approved venue for international games.
The first leg is slated for Friday, October 9, while the return leg is scheduled for Tuesday, 13 October.
The 10-time African champions will look to begin their journey towards qualification for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles on a strong note against Comoros.
