This landmark event, scheduled for June 15, 2025, marks a significant milestone in the country’s comedy landscape.

The state-of-the-art facility, previously used by billionaire socialite Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) for his star-studded 50th birthday anniversary, was originally not the intended venue for the show.

However, due to the immense interest and massive ticket sales generated by “In Da Beginning,” the event has been moved from the Congress Hall to this ultra-modern facility to accommodate the expected large audience.

This move is seen as a major achievement for Koboko Master, who has consistently been a household name in the Nigerian comedy scene, regularly holding sold-out events across the country since he began hosting his own shows in 2017.

The forthcoming comedy show promises a star-studded line-up of top names from the industry, including Acapella, De Stalker, Gordons, MC Edo Pikin, Arinze Baba, ATM, and many others, all set to thrill guests with their comedic prowess.

Organisers report not only massive ticket sales but also numerous partnership deals from organisations eager to gain brand visibility at the highly anticipated event.

Koboko Master expressed his gratitude to the management of Transcorp Hilton for the honour of being the first comedian to use their state-of-the-art facility, appreciating their enduring partnership.

As one of the finest stand-up comedians in the country, with a track record of performing on major stages and hosting successful shows, his latest endeavour is eagerly awaited.
