Do not treat prophecies with contempt… — I Thessalonians 5:20

You must be craze for head (a la Nigeria), if you glibly assert tongue-in-cheek that our prophecies here in this column are mere political analyses. You must be the Hornswoggle of your family and your company if you jape that our political prophecies here in this column are mere guesses.

For consistently calling the winner of the quadrennial governorship elections in Bayelsa State for 25 years without a miss is the work of the Holy Spirit. For any rational human being to ascribe our bulls eyes prophecies on who governs Kogi State for 25 years are guesses needs mental health evaluation.

From explaining the circumstances on how the various political gladiators would emerge and the concatenated events that would lead to the outcomes of these elections when a single vote has not been cast to the eventual winners are all the works of the Holy Spirit. As our Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ told us what His Spirit would do when He sends Him to us: But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.” (John 16:13). What is yet to come is what is referred to as prophecy, hence, “For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy… (Revelation 19:10).

During the off-season governorship elections in Kogi, Baylesa and Imo States, we unfurled our prophecies as revealed to us in this column on Sunday 17th September 2023 via this link:- https://nigeriaworld.com/feature/publication/fayemiwo/091723.html

We stated audaciously that both Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator Douye Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi and Bayelsa States respectively would have their home-runs and that have been fulfilled. These prophecies were released at the unction of the Holy Spirit two months before a single vote was cast in the two states.

Here are the Special Holy Spirit messages we were commanded to deliver to Governor Hope Odidika Uzodinma of Imo State via Isaiah 58: 1-14: “Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion and to the descendants of Jacob their sins. For day after day, they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God. They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them. ‘Why have we fasted,’ they say, ‘and you have not seen it? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you have not noticed?’ Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please and exploit all your workers. Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.

Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for people to humble themselves Is it only for bowing one’s head like a reed and for lying in sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD? “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter- when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood? Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness[a] will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.

“If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings. “If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the LORD’s holy day honorable and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

*For nearly 25 years, this column has correctly prophesied about the winners of the governorship elections in these two states: Kogi and Bayelsa among others. This year 2023 were no exceptions. As they say in Nigeria, you must be craze for head to attribute such Holy Spirit works to political guesses. In the coming months, we shall tell the Kogi Governor-elect, Ododo of the APC what will happen in his state and in his administration. Meanwhile, re-elected Diri Douye of the PDP will finish his second and final term as chief executive and retire to private life. As for Timipre Sylva, as I have disclosed it here earlier and repeating it again; he cannot and will never rule Bayelsa State as governor again. When the time comes, we shall disclose the name of the person who will succeed. Diri in Bayelsa State as our prophecies declare. As for Dino Melaye, let him huff and puff at the election tribunal, court of appeal and even the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he will not and never govern Kogi State as I earlier disclosed in this column and repeating same again.

Of the trifecta above, one of them has gone to the chapel to thank the Lord God Almighty for his victory. The Holy Spirit has a message for Uzodinma of Imo State. Your hands are dripping with blood of innocent, and you should ask for forgiveness; “‘Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it…” (Numbers 35:33). The Holy Spirit says, you Uzodinma, you may have won the political war, but there is a spiritual battle about to be unleashed on you and your immediate family. Blood, blood, and blood of many innocent souls everywhere in Imo! Perhaps, if you draw near to the True Lord God Almighty and genuinely repent, you may be forgiven.
