The Naira yesterday appreciated to N1,550 per dollar in the parallel market from N1,565 per dollar on Tuesday.
Similarly, the Naira appreciated N1,509.53 per dollar in the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM).
Data published by FMDQ showed that the indicative exchange rate for the Naira fell to N1,509.53 per dollar from N1,510.33 per dollar on Tuesday, indicating a 80 kobo appreciation for the naira.
Consequently, the margin between the parallel market and NFEM rate narrowed to N40.47 per dollar from N54.67 per dollar Tuesday.
