Nigeria’s Falconets will take on Poland and Korea Republic in international friendly matches as part of their preparations for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
The team, led by head coach Moses Aduku, are currently training in Abuja ahead of the biennial tournament.
The Falconets are scheduled to travel to Poland on Monday, August 24, where they will conclude their preparations with the two friendly encounters.
The matches are expected to provide the Nigerian side with an opportunity to fine-tune their tactics and assess their readiness ahead of the World Cup.
Nigeria have been drawn in Group F alongside Spain, China and New Caledonia.
The Falconets will begin their campaign against Spain at the Arena Sosnowiec on Monday, September 7.
Their second group fixture against China will also take place at the Arena Sosnowiec three days later, on Thursday, September 10.
Nigeria will round off the group stage against New Caledonia at Stadion Miejski ŁKS on Sunday, September 13.
The Falconets will be hoping to make a strong start in Poland as they seek to progress deep into the tournament.
