The release of David Adeleke’s eagerly awaited PUMA collection has been revealed by the legendary afro beats musician.
Adeleke (better known by his stage name Davido) has been absent from the public scene for several months and returned with new projects set to be rolled out in the coming weeks.
The artist revealed that his fashion line, which was developed in collaboration with well-known clothing company PUMA, will be available in April.
He will also be touring PUMA stores in the United Kingdom and New York, US, for meet and greets with fans.
“My collection with PUMA will be released globally on 7th April! Thank you to everyone for patiently waiting on this, it means the world to me.
“I will be doing meet and greets at PUMA stores in New York and the UK, just before my shows and would love to see you all there!” he tweeted Monday.
The African-prints pieces, which were formerly scheduled for release last November, were postponed following the death of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi.
Ifeanyi died last October, after drowning at the singer’s Banana Island home in Lagos.
The artiste revealed last week that his album release, which was also postponed after the tragic incident, will be rolled out on Friday.
