A Civil Society Organisation, Goodluck Nigeria Ambassadors has noted that the incoming administration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserves the support of the people.

The group also said that Nigerians must be vigilant against individuals or groups who seek to use their differences to instigate a crisis in the country.

Addressing a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, the group’s Director-General, Osain Azibalua said that Nigerians must not allow themselves to be used by the political class to achieve their selfish interests.

He said that citizens must stand together and resist any attempt to divide them, adding that Tinubu should be given the necessary support to rebuild the country.

The group believed that Tinubu is a visionary leader who has demonstrated his commitment to the development of Nigeria in various capacities, “and we are confident that he will lead our country to greater heights”.

The group said: “We must also be vigilant against those who seek to use our differences to instigate a crisis. We must not allow ourselves to be used by the political class to achieve their selfish interests. We must stand together and resist any attempt to divide us.”

The group noted, among other things, that Nigeria will need the support of the international community to achieve its goals.

“We believe that Tinubu is the right leader for Nigeria at this crucial time. It is worth remembering that the Bible says leaders are ordained by God. We strongly believe Senator Tinubu has come at the time our nation needs him the most”, Azibalua said.
