Manchester City is in line to earn €5 million (£4.3 million) if they defeat Sevilla in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday night.
The game is usually between the UEFA Champions League holders and winners of the UEFA Europa League.
City will be looking to lift their fourth piece of silverware this evening in Piraeus, Greece.
However, they could also boost the English Premier League club’s coffers.
Last season’s Treble was worth an estimated £250m to City. They banked about £170m in prize money for winning a fifth Premier League in six seasons.
Winning the Champions League final against Inter Milan was worth about £95m while they pocketed £4m for beating Manchester United in the English FA Cup final.
