A CCTV clip has shown the moment a man mingled with conference participants at a hotel in Ikeja to steal two laptops.
The incident happened last Thursday at The Colossus Hotel, Opebi, Sheraton Link, Ikeja.
The man, who was well dressed, sat with the participants and waited for the time the they went for a tea break to strike.
He gathered two laptops into a bag, strapped it on his shoulder and walked out casually. The video shows him passing through the queue with other participants waiting breakfast.
The distressed owner of the two laptops, a work laptop and a personal laptop, has appealed to the general public to help identify the man so he can be apprehended.
