The Supreme Court will deliver judgement tomorrow (Thursday) on the appeals by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and that of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi.
In a telephone discussion with The PUNCH on Wednesday, the Supreme Court’s Director of Information, Dr. Festus Akande said, “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgement on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi”.
It was learnt that the court had sent notices to parties to that effect.
Atiku and Obi are praying the apex court to set aside the judgement by the presidential election petition court, which affirmed the 25th February election of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the President.
