Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has revealed when forward Christopher Nkunku will play for the Blues again.
Nkunku is currently recovering from a severe knee injury.
The France international sustained the injury during pre-season.
Providing an update on Nkunku ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Brentford this weekend, Pochettino said the attacker could be back in action for the west London club after the next international break.
“He [Christoper Nkunku] is doing well; I think he is close, and I hope he can be involved soon,” Pochettino said at his pre-match press conference on Friday.
“Maybe after the international break. Maybe not, not sure”.
