Honeycomb Confectioneries open another retail outlet

Honeycomb Confectioneries Limited has opened a new outlet in Ikeja, Lagos aimed at making the products of the company reach more customers.

The company said that the outlet would provide freshly baked bread to satisfy the yearnings of the consumers.

Its Executive Vice Chairman, Mrs Biyi Tunji-Olugbodi said that the new outlet is designed to offer unique experiences for bread consumers. According to her, the Pick-and-Go Shop, as it is called, provides “satisfaction and convenience for the consumers. It is a service extension and a retail strategy to penetrate the market to reach more consumers”.

While reinstating her firm’s commitment to producing nourishing and delicious bread that meets the taste of consume, Tunji-Olugbodi said Honeycomb remains a premium brand that has strongly focused on quality since inception.

The Quality Assurance Manager, Mr Sulaiman Poopola said that Honeycomb products pass through several quality tests in order to produce bread that meets market standards.

He explained that Honeycomb has installed several parameters in order to have an efficient and quality production line, adding that the formulations of Honeycomb bread have nutritional and nourishing values for the consumers.

Popoola said that the varieties of bread from Honeycomb stable are produced under strict hygienic conditions in order to produce bread that promotes the wellbeing of consumers.

The Chairman of the company, Dr Tunji Olugbodi said that since its inception, Honeycomb has placed premium focus on producing quality brands for public consumption. ”It is our passion at Honeycomb to feed the nation with quality premium food”, he said.

The Special Guest at the opening event, Mrs Bunmi Sobowale expressed delight that Honeycomb continues to maintain an innovative approach to satisfy consumers, assuring that the new outlet would go a long way in meeting the needs of bread consumers around Ikeja area.

A veteran of film producer, Mr Tade Ogidan, who was present at the occasion, applauded Honeycomb management for remaining consistent with quality products.

He said he has identified with Honeycomb since inception, and the brand has maintained its top quality product that remains leaders in the market.
