Political heavyweights, friends assemble in Koko for Aganbi’s 1-year memorial service

A cast of political and business heavyweights will join the family of renowned Itsekiri cleric and nonagenarian Bible Translator, Deacon Stephen Ejueyitsi Aganbi, on Monday, 30 September 2024 in Koko to honour the late Delta State politician, business mogul and hotel management expert, Andrew Aganbi.

“Business manager, political strategist and advocate, Andrew Anirejuoritse Aganbi, will be memorialized in Koko, headquarters of Warri North Local Government Area on Monday, 30 September 2024”, a statement released on Saturday morning by the Chief Executive Officer of Akogate Water and Oil, Felix Aganbi, said.

Generally known as AK Khashoggi-Cash Man, Andrew Aganbi died on Saturday, 30 September 2023 in London at the age of 59. He was buried at Grove Park Cemetery, Marvel Lane, London on Friday, 17 November 2023.

“The one-year memorial service for the late Delta State politician, world-class caterer and showbiz expert will be held at New Birth Baptist Church, Besides Youth Town Hall, New Road Beach, Koko.

Rev. Maku is the presiding Minister of New Birth Baptist Church, Koko.

The statement said the late Andrew Aganbi lived a selfless life and played politics with the fear of God.

“Guests will be hosted to a lunch at Khashoggi Restaurant, Koko, Delta State”.

“Andrew Aganbi was born at St Thomas Hospital, Lambert, London on 30 January 1964”.
