The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has approved the release of letters to over 230 successful serving officers from the various ministries, departments, and agencies for higher cadres.
In a statement in Abeokuta on Friday, the chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Tokunbo Odebunmi added that the successful candidates in the 2021 and 2022 upgrade examinations passed the stages required for the process.
He added, “The over 230 successful candidates were officers who had obtained higher academic qualifications through self-development and sailed through the entire process of upgrading.
“The purpose of the upgrade was aimed at gearing up workers in the service to develop themselves in their relevant fields for effective service delivery and this would go a long way in ensuring progress in their chosen careers”.
