In a bid to embrace digital transformation, the ruling APC will today kickstart the process for electronic membership registration in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The date for the commencement of the registration, planned to be officially started in Minna, Niger State has not been fixed.
A “Train the Trainer” workshop for 109 participants – three each from the 36 states and one participant from FCT is billed to hold in Abuja today.
The training workshop will be formally opened by the APC National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology, Uche Nnaji, and Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, ‘Bosun Tijani, will serve as Special Guests of Honour.
The APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka said the electronic membership registration system is part of the party’s trailblazing commitment to digitalize its operations and improve the efficiency of its membership management.
