The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed the party’s National Caucus and the National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings for next week Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
This was contained in a notice published on the party’s official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday night.
According to the notice, the National Caucus meeting will be held at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa by 6 pm on Tuesday while the NEC meeting takes place at the party’s National Secretariat in Wuse 2, Abuja at 10am the next day.
The crucial sessions of the two statutory organs of the party are expected to be chaired by President Bola Tiinubu and would also have Vice President Kashim Shettima and former President Muhammadu Buhari in attendance.
Also expected are the National Chairman of the party, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje; the current Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, APC governors; former and serving speakers of the House of Representatives of the party; state party chairmen; the National Working Committee and other stakeholders.
