CMC Gladiators magazine, a leading publication in security and crime reporting, has honoured the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of Akwa Ibom State Police Command, Deputy Superintendent of Police Timfon John with the Most Outstanding PPRO of the Year award.
According to the organisers, the award is in recognition of John’s ‘exceptional professionalism, dedication, and innovative approach to public relations and crime reporting. Her commitment to ensuring seamless communication between the police and the public has been exemplary, and her efforts have significantly contributed to the safety and security of Akwa Ibom State’.
A Law graduate from the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, John has had a distinguished career in the Nigeria Police Force. Her tenure as PPRO of Akwa Ibom State has been marked by her media savvy, responsiveness, and commitment to transparency.
The award was presented to her by the Founder/President of CMC Gladiators, Cornel Udofia, during a ceremony held at the Akwa Ibom State Police Command headquarters in Ikot Akpan Abia.
