The Alaarokun Media Team has congratulated the Alaarokun Dynasty of Okeagbe Akoko, Ondo State, on its Back-to-School programme, which holds on Saturday (today) in the community.
The presentation included pampers and sanitary pads to the Ayowe Quarters maidens.
The exercise, which is the second in the series, is designed to motivate the maidens to attach maximum attention to their academic careers.
The dynasty, led by the Rawa of Afa Kingdom, Okeagbe Akoko, Dr. Foluso Arewa explained that the items would also help nursing mothers take good care of their infants and promote healthy lives.
In a statement, the media team expressed gratitude to sons and daughters of the famous family and their friends, who generously donated in cash and kind towards the programme.
The media team said: “We are thankful for the enormous support received from the Akoko North West Local Government and the Ajana Afa-Okeagbe, Oba Adegboyega Arasanyin.
“We pray that the Lord will continue to bless the Alaarokun Dynasty in its pursuit to make life more comfortable for all the members”.
