Desmond Elliot has shared a video of him and other supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) jubilating in Surulere, Lagos after Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared winner of the presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The actor-turned-politician could be seen dancing and singing to Buleya Elu’s by Psquare, as well as other songs.
He then proceeds to introduce other APC officer holders to his followers.
