Edo 2024: Osaigbovo predicts victory for Ighodalo

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Aibiokunla Ward, Oza, Orhionmwon Local Government Area who doubles as the Director-General, Edo Liaison Office Abuja, Dcn. Festus Osagie Osaigbovo has predicted a landslide victory for the party’s candidate, Dr. Asue Ighodalo and his running mate, Osarodion Ogie Esq, in the 21 September governorship election in the state.

He made this known while addressing newsmen at the Aibiokunla Ward Campaign Rally when the PDP governorship campaign team visited the ward on Wednesday, 31st July 2024 at Oza primary school.

He said Ighodalo is a man that has been accepted by not just the people of Aibiokunla but the entire Edo State, and the people are ready to go out en masse to rally support and vote him into power come 21st September.

He described Ighodalo as a peaceful leader cum businessman, that will change the narratives in governance when elected into Office as Governor of Edo State.

“As a man from the business and financial sector, Ighodalo will promote entrepreneurship and the business sector in Edo State. Truly, his reign as Governor will mark a turning point in the business sector and the economy of Edo State”, Dcn. Osaigbovo said.

He established the fact that Aibiokunla people are peace-loving people and as such, will conduct hitch-free elections.

“Aibiokunla ward is in full support of the Peoples Democratic Party, we are ready for the elections and we will deliver all votes in all the units to the Peoples’ Democratic Party”, he added.

He reiterated the commitment of the people in the area in canvassing for support at the grassroots towards the victory of Asue-Ogie, PDP, while stating that the people are fully ready.
