Empire Trust Microfinance Bank Limited has relocated to a state-of-the-art office building at Oba Akran Avenue, in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos.
According to the bank, the strategic move represents a significant advancement in its journey towards achieving greater success and enhancing its service delivery.
The new facility, standing tall for the micro banking sector, is set to strengthen Empire Trust MFB’s position in the financial sector, providing expanded and improved services to its growing clientele based in Lagos and environs
The bank’s Managing Director/CEO, Mrs Olusola Kehinde Ogundiji expressed her enthusiasm about the impending move.
She said “We are thrilled to relocate to a more spacious and accessible building that will better cater to our expanding customer base, both in Lagos state and environs. Since our establishment in 2014, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to excellence and strategic growth. This new facility reflects our dedication to delivering superior financial services and meeting our clients’ banking needs more effectively”.
The building’s layout of the new office is organised as follows: the ground floor hosts the reception and waiting area; the first floor is dedicated to the Empire Trust Banking Hall; the second floor is designed as a City Global Space for versatile business activities; the third, fourth, and fifth floors provide lettable office spaces; the sixth floor houses the Group Managing Director’s office; and the seventh floor features a sophisticated penthouse.
The grand opening of the new office building will be graced by prominent figures and partners, including President/Chairman of Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Prof. Pius Olanrewaju; Group Managing Director of Cordros Capital Limited, Mr. Wale Agbeyangi; Managing Director of Accion Microfinance Bank, Mr. Taiwo Jooda; General Manager of Providus Bank Limited, Mrs. Bose Ogundimu; and Chief Operating Officer of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, Mr. Tosin Odutayo.
