The Managing Partner/CEO of GBC Professional Services, Sir Gbenga Badejo and 19 others on Wednesday were inducted as Certified Insolvency Practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
At a virtual ceremony hosted by ICAN President, Mallam Tijani Musa Isa, 58 chartered accountants were also inducted as Certified Forensic Accountants, while 15 others got International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Proficiency Certificates.
Badejo, a Fellow of ICAN, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and the Nigerian Institute of Management, among others, is also Managing Partner/CEO of GBC Professional Services, and Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners). Gbenga Badejo & Co. is a correspondent firm of Reanda International, an international network of independent accounting and consulting firms with 41 member-firms and over 250 partners having about 4,500 staff in 147 locations across the globe.
He is a Knight of John Wesley and immediate past President of the Rotary Club of Ikeja.
