Nigerian international, Kelechi Iheanacho is on the shortlist for Leicester City’s October Goal of the Month award.

Iheanacho was nominated for his strike in the 3-0 drubbing of Preston North End in an English Championship fixture on 4th October.

The 27-year-old swept the ball home after he was set up by his international teammate, Wilfred Ndidi.

Experienced forwards Jamie Vardy and Aimee Palmer have two goals nominated for the award.

The winner will be decided by the fans, who can vote for a goal of their choice on the club’s official website.
