The flag bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has vowed to deliver on his promises to make the Sunshine State a better place for all residents within his full term in office.

The Ondo governor who spoke at the weekend during his campaign tour of Ose Local Government Area ahead of next month’s governorship election said he does not make empty promises. He said he would fulfil his promises to enhance security in the area and complete all abandoned road projects.

At the palace of the Alani of Idoani, Oba Olufemi Olutoye, Governor Aiyedatiwa promised to address concerns in the area and that he would double his efforts toward improving the state’s infrastructure.

He added: “Unlike other candidates making promises they won’t fulfil, I don’t believe in empty words. I will deliver good governance. We know what the people of this region want even before they ask for it. This is why my Special Adviser on Infrastructure has been tasked to take note of your needs and report back for immediate action.

“We understand how important roads, healthcare, and education are to your people. That’s why we’re committed to ensuring no community is left behind. We are ready to serve you better and bring meaningful development to every corner of Ose Local Government”.
