The House of Representative member for Kaura-Namoda/Birnin-Magaji constituency of Zamfara State, Hon. Aminu Jaji has mourned the death of Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar Daji, who represented Kaura Namoda South constituency in the state House of Assembly.
According to a statement by his media aide, Jamilu Iliyasu Birnin Magaji, Dr. Jaji described the Daji’s passing as a monumental loss to the state.
Daji died in his sleep, in the early hours of last Wednesday, at his resident in Gusau, the state capital.
Jaji said that he was deeply shocked and sorrowful when he heard the news of the death of his close ally and friend.
He wrote: ‘I am heartbreaking by the sad news of the passing away of my friend, and member of Zamfara State House of Assembly, Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar Daji in the early hours of today. Indeed his departure is a great loss to Zamfara State, Kaura Namoda Local Governments Area, and entire Zamfara All Progressives Congress (APC) family.
‘On behalf of myself, the people of Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency, I extended my condolences to the Zamfara State House of Assembly, Kaura Namoda South Constituency, Kaura Namoda Local Government, the government and people of Zamfara State, the immediate family of the lawmaker, Zamfara State APC, as well as his friends on this irreparable loss.
“During this time of mourning, I pray Almighty to forgive the deceased all his shortcomings, reward him with Aljannatil Fiddausi, and grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss’.
Jaji also described Daji as a ‘devoted muslim, honest, a man of remarkable strength and dignity with wisdom, who devoted his life in worshiping Allahu SWT and assisting the humanity’.
