The Minister of Labour and Employment, Rt. Hon. Simon Lalong is set to resign from the Federal Executive Council.
The minister has collected his Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday.
The Court of Appeal had earlier sacked Peoples Democratic Party’s Bali Napoleon and declared Lalong as the Senator for Plateau South Senatorial Zone.
