The Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Hon. Hanatu Musa Musawa will declare the ninth edition of Lagos International Festival of Animation (LIFANIMA) open, on 7 October 2025 at Mike Adenuga Centre, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The Minister commended the festival’s ‘commitment in promoting the sustainable growth and development of Nigeria’s creative economy’, through the laudable initiative.
LIFANIMA is Nigeria’s premier animation film festival, attracting more than 1,000 submissions from more than 100 countries every year.
