NLC, TUC suspend planned strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have put on hold the planned strike action scheduled to start on Wednesday over the fuel subsidy crisis.

The delegations of the NLC and TUC met with that of the Federal Government late into Monday evening and agree to suspend the action.

The negotiation will continue on 19th June when the parties reconvene
