The Oba of Benin, Ewuare II, has pleaded with President Bola Tinubu to give more opportunities for youth development in his administration.
The monarch noted that with the support of the youths, President Tinubu administration would fulfil its mandate to Nigerians easier and faster.
Oba Ewuare II stated this in his congratulatory letter to the President, which he signed on behalf of Royal Court of Benin, Benin Royal family, and the good people of Edo State.
He also prayed to Almighty God and his ancestors to grant the Nigerian leader the enablement to pilot the affairs of the nation.
The letter partly read: “Your swearing-in Ceremony as the 16th President of this great Country was as a result of fulfillment of destiny, the people’s will and, the wish of God Almighty who made it possible for you to assume the mantle of leadership.
“From your antecedent, we have no doubt that you will excel in this position and fulfil your mandate to Nigerians.
“However, we plead with your Excellency to give more opportunity to youth development in this country”.
