Ondo APC launches book on Tinubu

The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), in collaboration with the Ondo State Government, has launched a book, Bola Tinubu: Treading the Path of Our Founding Fathers, written by Barrister J. O. Adejombo.

At the Royal Birds Hotel, Alagbaka, Akure, the state capital, the Ondo State APC chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin said the book was written in honour of the party’s presidential candidate as part of efforts towards promoting Tinubu as a leader, father and flagbearer of the party in the forthcoming general elections.

According to Adetimehin, the book was first published in 2003 with the title, Bola Tinubu: Treading the Path of Awo”, and was launched by the Lagos State Government.

 He said the book was reviewed in 2011 and launched in Osogbo by the Osun State Government.

“By reason of popular demand from associates and followers of Bola Tinubu coupled with the prevailing circumstances, the book has now been reviewed with the present title”, he added.

Adetimehin explained that the new volume has incorporated new political, economic and philanthropic achievements of the “enigma called Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

“In this volume, we have established some undiluted and undisputed reasons why Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the best personality to be the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”.

He said that the new book contained over 500 comments by eminent personalities on Tinubu, adding that it x-rayed Tinubu’s similar quantities vis a vis our founding fathers like Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Dr Nnamdi Azikwe and Sir Ahmadu Bello.
