Omowaiye, a Director (Projects Implementation), in the Federal Housing Authority, Abuja and Oyintiloye disclosed this in separate congratulatory messages to mark the occasion of Oyetola’s 70th birthday celebrations, obtained in Osogbo on Saturday.
The FHA Director said during Oyetola’s administration as governor in Osun, he paid strong attention to education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic empowerment, all in a bid to improve the quality of lives of the residents.
“Your leadership style, anchored on humility, empathy, and inclusiveness, has earned you the respect and admiration of the people. As you enter this new chapter, I pray that your life continues to be a beacon of hope, inspiration, and guidance to generations.
“May your experience, wisdom, and counsel remain a valuable resource for our state and nation. I celebrate you, IleriOluwa, Adegboyega Oyetola, on this milestone birthday and wish you many more years of good health, joy, and fulfilment. Happy 70th birthday, my father and boss”, Omowaiye said.
Similarly, Oyintiloye, who served in the Oyetola’s administration as the Special Adviser, Civic Engagement, described the minister as a visionary and a respected leader, who is living a life of simplicity and rendering selfless service to the people.
The statement partly read, “There is no doubt that during his (Oyetola) administration as Osun State Governor, he embarked on different developmental strides, which included massive revitalisation and upgrading of 332 primary health facilities.
“Infrastructure development through construction and rehabilitated road networks across the nine federal constituencies of the state.”
According to him, Oyetola as a governor advanced the pace of good governance for the masses through his commitment to human development and capacity building through empowerment for youths in various social intervention programmes specifically designed to cater for the wellbeing of the vulnerable groups.
