PDP BoT meeting threatens as fight breaks out

A fight has broken out at the headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja, where a meeting of the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT) is taking place.

The altercation began when a party chieftain, Sunday Ude-Okoye, was denied access to the meeting.

Acting National Chairman of the party, Ambassador Umar Damagum is presiding over the meeting.

Early callers include National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu; Senator Ben Obi; BoT Chairman, Senator Adolphus Wabara; BoT Secretary, Senator Ahmed Makarfi; former Niger State Governor, Alhaji Babangida Aliyu; former Osun State Governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, among others.
