The five-member panel of the presidential election tribunal has reserved judgement on the petition by the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi against President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressive Congress.
Obi, who came third in the election, is challenging Tinubu’s victory.
After adopting the parties’ final written addresses, the tribunal reserved judgement to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
