The Society for Professional Background Screeners (SPBS), Nigeria’s premier authority on background screening, has announced the accreditation of five leading companies in the background screening industry, security services, and risk advisory.
This milestone underscores SPBS’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards in the Nigerian background screening industry.
Its Chairman, Mr. Kola Olugbodi said: “Our purpose is clear: to minimise risk, uphold integrity, and establish the gold standard for background screening practices in Nigeria. Compliance, adherence to regulations, and best practices are the cornerstones of sustainable corporate operations”.
Anticipating a surge in its diverse categories of membership, including students, associates, certified professionals, fellows, and honorary memberships, Olugbodi expressed his optimism, saying: “We eagerly welcome active participation and support from individuals and organisations across all sectors as we champion the cause of background checks in various segments of our economy”.
