Super Falcons defender Oluwatosin Demehin has announced her departure from Turkish giants Galatasaray after spending two years with the club.
The centre-back joined the Yellow and Reds on a free transfer in September 2024 after ending her time with French club Stade Reims.
Demehin went on to establish herself at the Istanbul-based club and signed a new one-year contract in August 2025.
The 24-year-old confirmed her departure in an emotional message shared on Instagram, expressing gratitude to Galatasaray for the experience and memories she made during her time at the club.
“Thank you Galatasaray for an incredible chapter. It has been an honour to wear this badge and represent this great club. I leave with great respect, gratitude, pride and unforgettable memories. Wishing the club continued success,” she wrote.
Demehin made 42 league appearances for Şaban Uzun’s side and scored two goals during her spell with the Turkish club.
Her departure brings an end to a memorable chapter in Istanbul as the Super Falcons star prepares for the next stage of her career.
