Three Nigerians based in the United Kingdom have developed an innovative app called Tramatch, which offers a platform for shared beliefs and true love.

The app, which was established in the United Kingdom in 2023 by Ani Okono, Elijah Bassey, and Uduak Etim, all indigenes of Akwa Ibom State, has since emerged as a beacon of hope for those seeking love rooted in faith.

Co-founder and product manager, Ani Okono, in a statement in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital on Wednesday described the app as a ‘sanctuary’ for individuals who understand the principles of the three Abrahamic faiths –Judaism Islam, and Christianity.

He said: “Tramatch is more than just a dating platform. It’s a sanctuary for individuals who value the enduring principles of the three Abrahamic faiths – Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.

“Our mission transcends mere matchmaking. We aim to curate a space where faith is the foundation, allowing individuals to connect with partners who resonate deeply with their spiritual beliefs, be it views on monogamy or polygamy”.

Okono said that in the rich and diverse cultural landscape of Nigeria, the app stands out by intertwining individuality with faith, and ensuring that every connection made is not just based on mutual interests but also on shared spiritual values”.

The app according to him is the answer for those yearning for love that respects and celebrates their faith, urging people to discover a world where love and belief converge at Tramatch.com.
