The Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (better known as KAI) has issued a 23-hour eviction notice to illegal occupants squatting under Ijora bridge.

This was announced by the state Commissioner of the Environment and Water Resources, Barrister Tokunbo Wahab, in a post on X on Friday.

The notice gives the illegal occupants a 23-hour ultimatum to vacate the area, after which KAI operatives will take action to remove them.

The post read: “Operatives of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps #LAGESCOfficial (KAI) served the illegal occupants squatting under Ijora bridge a 23-hour vacation notice”.
