Arsenal have been given the chance to sign PSV Eindhoven attacking midfielder Xavi Simons.
According to reports, Simons has been offered to the English Premier League club during the summer transfer window.
However, the Gunners are now focused on Southampton star Romeo Lavia as they come close to completing the signing of Declan Rice from West Ham and Jurrien Timber from Ajax.
The 20-year-old was impressive for PSV last season, scoring 19 goals and creating 12 assists for PSV.
Simons joined Eindhoven from Paris Saint-Germain in 2022.
