Seyi, son of President Bola Tinubu, on Monday evening, joined many Kano residents, including the state chairman of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Alhaji Hashimu Dugurawa, to break the third-day Ramadan fast.

During the occasion, Seyi Tinubu also unveiled a feeding programme for the less privileged in the state.

The unveiling, which was held at Al-Furqan Mosque in the Kano metropolis, was part of Seyi Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Youth Engagement initiative, aimed at supporting vulnerable groups, including persons living with disabilities.

The feeding programme aligns with the broader vision of the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by the Tinubu administration.

Unveiling the feeding programme, Tinubu stressed the importance of community service and social welfare, particularly during the Ramadan period.

He reiterated his commitment to initiatives that would uplift the less privileged and foster national unity.

Before breaking the fast, he had earlier paid a courtesy visit to the Kano-based business mogul, Alhaji Aminu Dantata at his residence in the Kano metropolis.

He later paid a similar visit to Governor Abba Yusuf, after which the Iftar was held at the Amani Event Centre.

Among other personalities that graced the Iftar were the sons of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje; and that of the Kano State Governor, as well as several government appointees.
