La Liga President, Javier Tebas has said Lionel Messi will earn less at Barcelona if he makes a return from Paris Saint-Germain.
Messi is set to leave the Ligue 1 champions this summer when his current contract expires.
Former Real Madrid player, Jose María Gutierrez Hernandez (simply called Guti) has however counselled Messi to avoid the temptation of making a Barcelona return in the summer.
The Argentina captain was suspended by PSG this week, following an unauthorised trip to Saudi Arabia.
It is believed the relationship between Messi and the French club is now broken.
Tebas has now said that, for Messi to rejoin Barcelona, the La Liga side must also sell players for good amounts.
“If Barça signs Leo Messi, his salary will be less than what it is at Paris Saint-Germain.
“His return is now conditional on selling players. I think that Barça will get a good amount from selling players this summer”, Tebas said.

Nothing has been made public in terms of where the football icon will be plying his trade next season as his contract with the French Ligue1 side expires in June,
Some reports have linked the Argentina international to different clubs in Europe, Asia and America with a reputed football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claiming recently that the Argentine has made the decision to leave PSG.
