Finally, Guinness World Records has Hilda Effiong Bassey (popularly known as Hilda Baci) as the new record holder for Longest Cooking Marathon (individual)!
Last month, recorded a cooking record of 93 hours and 11 minutes
With her feat, Hilda Baci is poised to break the Guinness World Record for the “longest cooking marathon by an individual” after hitting the 87 hours 50 minutes mark.
She has therefore overturned Lata Tondon, an Indian chef who achieved the feat in 2019 with 87 hours 45 minutes of uninterrupted cooking.
Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu made a surprise appearance at Amore Gardens in Lekki on Sunday afternoon to motivate and celebrate the young talented Lagos-based chef.
