Popular American comedian and actor, Kevin Hart has explained how he hass been left confined to a wheelchair for a while.
His confinement followed an accident that occurred during a race with a friend, former American National Football League player Stevan Ridley.
In the video shared on his Instagram page on Thursday, Hart explained how his age played a significant role in his new reality.
The 44-year-old funnyman explained that he had attempted some “young man stuff” when he tried racing his friend, Ridley, in a 40-yard dash.
Hart added that he ended up injuring himself.
In the video captioned, “44 and sitting my ass down! I got to be the dumbest man alive!”, Hart said, “Ladies and gentlemen, the age 40 is real.
“All my men, women out there 40 years old and above, it’s not a game. Respect that age.
“I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn. I don’t know what that is but I tore them. I tore those too. I can’t walk”.
