The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta Muslim Alumni (MAPAMA) has congratulated the Rector, Dr ‘Koyejo Jolaoso and the management of the institution, on securing the full licence for MAPoly Radio from the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).
In a statement by Sulaimon Fasasi, MAPAMA National President, Prince Taofeek Oyeniyi described the milestone achievement as a testament to the leadership quality of the new Rector of the institution, and his dedication to providing quality education and opportunities for the students and the host communities.
Oyeniyi noted that the establishment of MAPoly Radio has been a long-held dream for many, and its realization will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the students, particularly, those studying Mass Communication.
Oyeniyi said thet the Radio will provide the students with hands-on training, practical experience, and a unique opportunity to hone their skills in broadcasting, while providing a platform for community engagement and social interaction.
