A former Nigerian Ambassador to United Kingdom, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola has commended Penpushing Media for lending its platform, voice and influence for true democracy to thrive.
Isola, who was Chairman of the seventh Anniversary Lecture of the media establishment held last Thursday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, said: ‘I commend Penpushing Media for lending its platform, voice, influence to this important national discuss. A truly democratic society thrives not only by elections but by the power of ideas’.
He pointed out that Penpushing Media had been a fountain of such transformative ideas offering priority in confusion, objectivity in partisanship and truth in the age of the structure.
‘And for seven years, Penpushing Media has been a fountain of such transformative ideas offering priority in confusion, objectivity in partisanship and truth in the age of the structure.
‘We must understand that no country prospers on political denial and no people strive under structural injustice. The future belongs to the courageous, those bold enough to restructure and wise enough to preserve unity through equity’, Isola further said.
