Ganduje names 12 new permanent secretaries

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State on Wednesday appointed 12 new Permanent Secretaries.

The appointment by the government is part of the efforts to engender efficient public service delivery in the digital era and in compliance with global best practices.

This development was confirmed in a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Abba Anwar.

According to the statement, all the appointments are with immediate effect.

Those appointed included Mansur Yakubu, Dan Azumi, Sa’adatu Bala, Ahmad Abdullahi, Baba Dala, and Aliyu Garo.

Others were Abbas Sanusi, Tijjani Hussain, Yahaya Amasaye, Aisha Kailani, Mustapha Huguma, and Musa Garko.

The swearing-in will take place on Thursday at Coronation Hall, Government House, Kano, by 2 pm.
