Renowned strategic communications professional, Dr. Omoniyi Ibietan, will be the keynote speaker at the virtual public presentation of Communicating to Win in Career and Business, the latest book of communication and brand management consultant, Ademola Akinbola on Sunday, 24 May 2026.

Ibietan, who is the Secretary General of the African Public Relations Association, will speak on “Communication and Personal Development”.
He is also the CEO of Commulytical Management Limited, a communications consulting firm focused on Public Relations and training.
Ibietan, who voluntarily retired from the Nigerian Communications Commission in February 2026 as a Deputy Director, is on the faculty of Rome Business School’s DBA programme.
Communicating to Win in Career and Business is Akinbola’s seventh book, with earlier ones also focusing on Corporate Reputation Management, Branding, Organisational Effectiveness, and Corporate Communication.
In a statement, the book publishers, Brand Stewards Limited, noted that the new work is a compendium of practical, easy-to-execute strategies for career managers and entrepreneurs to excel with their communication and marketing efforts.
Akinbola has nearly three decades of senior management experience in the private and public sectors in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
He is an author, publisher, certified trainer, and brand communication specialist. He is the Founder/CEO of Brand Stewards Limited and publisher of The Podium International magazine.
The occasion will also be used to formally inaugurate the Nigerian Brand Academy, a free online learning platform for the personal and professional development of career managers and entrepreneurs.
