Isabel Idibia, the daughter of Nigerian music icon 2Baba and actress Annie Idibia, has revealed that her parents’ separation affected her.
The teenager made this known during an interview on Yanga FM while responding to a question about the impact of her parents’ split on her.
Asked in Pidgin English whether the separation between her parents had affected her, Isabel replied, “I mean obviously yes, but things are getting better day by day.”
2Baba announced his separation from Annie Idibia in February 2025, bringing an end to years of public interest in their relationship.
The couple, who got married in 2012, have two daughters, including Isabel.
Since their separation, both 2Baba and Annie have continued to pursue their individual careers while co-parenting their children.
